Submit A Project

Black Art & Design welcomes project-based submissions in the contemporary art, photography, sculpture, installation, illustration, architecture, textiles, animation, and anything else involving a strong visual aspect. If you wish to send tips regarding work that is not your own, please do. You will receive a response if your submission is successfully received

Send a brief email with a description of your work and attach a few relevant images sized at 1200px wide or larger.

Galleries and event organizers: Please attach relevant installation views or existing photos of the artist’s work. Press release, checklist, exhibition texts, image credits/courtesy, and any other forms of documents associated with your project as PDFs

Submissions can be sent to [email protected]

For your project to be included we require the following documentation be submitted via a link (Dropbox, WeTransfer or Google Drive):

‌High resolution images, both installation views and images of individual works as TIF or JPG larger than 1MB

‌Videos (if available) in MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, or FLV (these are all the formats compatible with Vimeo)
